1. Ein Update-Plan berechtigt den Kunden zum Erhalt und zur Installation von Software-Updates während des Zeitraums, der durch einen solchen Update-Plan abgedeckt wird.
2. Update-Pläne können im Zuge eines neuen Produktkaufs innerhalb der ersten 12 Monate nach Lizenzaktivierung erworben werden (innerhalb der anfänglichen Update-Periode der Lizenz)
3. Update-Pläne können als Teil eines Produkt-Upgrades erworben werden.
4. Update-Pläne können als Erweiterung für einen zuvor erworbenen gültigen Update-Plan erworben werden.
5. Ein Update-Plan ist nur gültig, wenn er ab dem Tag der Lizenzaktivierung lückenlos ist.
6. Maßgeschneiderte Update-Pläne und -Zeiträume müssen von Fall zu Fall mit SAIMOS verhandelt werden.
